Hi there 🌷 hope that everything is great, well im new here i wanted to start in summer because is SUMMER BREAK!! as you can tell is my favorite time of the season, but we all know that is summer can be a little tired because is so hot and you feel like you have to shower all time, well that happens to everybody! and im here to share some tips, for you guys: lets get started! the firts tips is to drink water try to swim a lot because, because a think that if you workout in summer you are gonna to die, and is better to swin, because you do exercice and you dont sweat! Use a lot of sunscrean is soo importante go and explore the nature and do yoga, try to relax 🌸 dont look at you phone there are great thing in the outside smile 😃 always and MUSIC, dance a lot, i know that you sweat BUT I MEAN WHO DOSENT LIKE TO DANCE, AND SHAKE THAT BUTTY :) this are the things that i love to do, but im always in the beach, of course! have a great summer guys! from...
